Dumbbell Full Body Workout Low Intensity (Beginners) Dumbbell Front Squat– 6 Reps Rest for 35 sec Dumbbell Bench Press-6 Reps Rest for 35 sec Lying Straight Leg Raise– 6 Reps Rest for 35 sec Dumbbell Bicep Curl- 6 Reps Rest for 35 sec Dumbbell Seated Shoulder Press Rest for 35 sec Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Extension - 6 Reps Cool Down Hold each exercise for 10-20 seconds and do 3-5 rounds of each.
